Structurally reinforcing 6mm coating of a 2x2x1.5m chamber

On arrival the chamber was in very poor condition, with a large damaged area in the base at flow centre. After a high pressure jet wash and basic repairs to the damaged base, the structure was chlorine washed and acid etched.
The Ultracoat epoxy spray was then applied in one coat up to a thickness of 6mm throughout.
Arrived on site at 8.30, structural repairs and Ultracoat spraying completed at 16:00, chamber back in service at 19:30.
Post Spray Inspection successful.
